Amica has won “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers, 17 Years in a Row.”

Amica was awarded “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers”1 in the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM. J.D. Power surveys thousands of customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their homeowners and renters insurance companies. This is the 17th year in a row that Amica has received an award for customer satisfaction with homeowner insurers. We also achieved the highest score in five study factors: price, billing process and policy information, policy offerings, claims and interaction.

Trust is at the center of everything we do at Amica. We’re proud of our TrustScore, which is the overall measurement of reviewer satisfaction, based on all the service and location reviews a business receives on Trustpilot.

Forbes names Amica one of America’s Best Insurance Companies of 2022.

Amica placed in the top 20 in four of seven categories in the Forbes survey: Auto (8th), Home (8th), Renters (2nd) and Permanent Life (16th). The independent survey received feedback from more than 16,000 customers on insurance company performance across eight metrics, including overall satisfaction and the likelihood of customers recommending their insurer to family and friends. Companies were also evaluated on financial advice, customer service, price/performance ratio, transparency and damage/benefit ratio.

Amica earns “Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Homeowners Insurance” in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Home Insurance Study.

This is the 19th time in the last 20 years that Amica has finished in the top spot. The J.D. Power study examines customer satisfaction in five factors: interaction, policy offerings, price, billing process and policy information, and claims.

AM Best, a leading insurance rating agency and the nation’s authority on insurance company financial stability, has given the financial strength rating of A+ (Superior) to Amica Mutual Group (Amica). This rating applies to the lead company, Amica Mutual Insurance Company and its affiliate, Amica Property & Casualty Insurance Company.Additionally, AM Best has given a rating of A+ (Superior) to Amica Life Insurance Company.2
